Operating procedures for overall operation inspection of stainless steel heat exchange coil unit
1. Check the coil motor and judge whether the motor speed, temperature and sound are normal.
a. If the speed is abnormal, check whether the gear of the temperature control switch is connected correctly and restore the correct gear wiring; Check whether the ventilation is smooth and restore normal ventilation.
b. If the temperature is abnormal, check whether the ventilation in the casing is smooth and keep the ventilation normal; Check whether the resistance value of the motor is normal. If it is abnormal, replace the motor and restore the normal condition.
c. If the sound is abnormal, check whether the bearing is damaged and replace the bearing; Check whether there are sundries in the casing and remove them; Check whether the impeller is loose and imprison the impeller fixing screws; Check whether the casing is deformed and adjust the normal radian of the casing.
2. If the return air filter screen is blocked, check and clean the return air filter screen to ensure that the filter screen is clean and the ventilation is smooth; If the return air outlet is loose, fix the return air filter screen and return air shutter. There is dirty dust on the surface of the air outlet and return air outlet. Clean the air outlet with a wet rag.
3. If there is water flow sound in the pipeline, open the exhaust valve to discharge the air in the pipeline until the water is discharged and the water flow sound disappears.
4. Check whether the insulation of air duct and water pipe falls off or is damaged. Clean the contact surface of the falling off place and re apply insulation glue for bonding; Replace the damaged parts with new insulation; Ensure that all insulation is closely connected with the pipeline without condensate.
5. Surface cooler cleaning: determine whether the surface cooler needs cleaning according to the operating environment. When cleaning the surface cooler, decide whether to remove the motor or the flexible connection of the air duct according to the on-site operation space.
When removing the motor, first remove the return air filter screen, and then remove the motor with the wind wheel as a whole. First spray the surface of the surface cooler evenly with water, then spray the dust cleaning agent evenly, and then wash the surface cooler with water. In this way, it will be very clean. During cleaning, pay attention to whether the water drainage of the water receiving tray is smooth.
